When operating mixed gas cylinder filling systems, mixed gas transfer systems as well as gas mixing and filling systems, it is imperative to check the oxygen content of the mixed gas storage cylinders before transfer and the oxygen content of the mixed gas cylinders after filling.
The measuring device can be easily connected to the filling system or cylinder to be checked by means of a plug connection. Different filling connections are available. The Dräger Oxytest 2000 measures gas mixes quickly and accurately and can verify the following standard oxygen gas mixtures60 vol. % O2 / 40 vol. % N2 50 vol. % O2 / 50 vol. % N2 40 vol. % O2 / 60 vol. % N2 32.5 vol. % O2 / 67.5 vol. % N2as required for different diving depths. The Dräger X-am 5000 gas detector is an integral component of the measuring system and is equipped with durable electrochemical oxygen sensors of the miniaturised XXS generation. The oxygen sensor can be calibrated using ambient air. The measured oxygen value is displayed immediately on the large X-am 5000 display.
The Dräger X-am 5000 is tough: waterproof and dustproof according to IP67, and the detector remains fully functional even after falling into water. The integrated rubber protection and shock-proof sensors ensure additional resistance to impact and vibration. Furthermore, the Dräger X-am 5000 is not affected by electromagnetic interference.
All components of the Dräger Oxytest 2000 are housed conveniently in a padded carrying case so that it is easily transportable and ready for use.
